mondays, 12-1pm

This class will focus on the importance of improving balance, stability, overall muscular strength and flexibility for seniors. Embrace wellness with peers at your own pace in a safe and comfortable community for active senior

This is a circuit style class that focuses on functional movement, agility and power with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, ropes, sled and more! It is a great way to challenge your athletic performance and improve overall body composition. All levels are welcome!


ladies who lift

Tuesdays, 6-7pm
Thursdays, 6-7pm

This full body workout is designed to improve your overall strength and core stability through a series of dynamic movements. We use bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises throughout intervals, EMOMs and AMRAPs. And of course one of our goals is to create a strong community of ladies to get stronger with! All levels are welcome.
